Ever since we brought him home, Max has wanted nothing to do with the stairs. For obvious reasons too – the stairs must look like Mt. Everest to Max.
What is the first way to conquer your fears?
… face them! So, I promptly placed Max smack in the middle of the staircase and watched him shiver and shake like Don Knotts. He hated every minute of it, and probably despises me for doing so. He will get over it though!
When we were done he told me to never do that again otherwise he would be upset and, apparently, I would not like him when he gets upset …

Today was Anthony’s birthday. He got some new lego’s and was in the process of putting them together when Max decided that he wanted to observe the process for quality control.
After all, someone needs to ensure that Anthony follow the instructions properly, otherwise he might end up with a dump truck instead of whatever it is he is supposed to be building!
We would not want that now would we?

Disclaimer: Horrible shot, but I wanted to post it nonetheless.
Max told me that he is getting sick and tired of being left up on the couch and will only put up with it for so much longer. Wonder when that clock runs out?

Day 16 with the newest addition to our family.
Max is hanging out on Junko’s chest, chewing on her fingers, wondering if there is any flavor remnants left from the chicken we had for dinner.
As Max slowly starts to teeth, his bite is getting slightly more painful.
Please?
Max has asked that we end the walk and go back inside the house, where he can run around while playing with Miu. This walking thing is for the birds, apparently.
Tug of War
Max struggles with the idea of walking while on a leash. Max has apparently decided that he is going nowhere, regardless of whether we drag him along or not.
